Information you give us. When you buy or contact us, we receive your name, email address, and order details.

Payment information. Payments are handled by Polar Software Inc. as Merchant of Record. Your full card details are collected and processed directly by them — we never see or store your complete payment card number.

Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we may collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) through cookies and analytics tools to understand how our site is used.

We use your information to:

• deliver the Product and provide customer support;
• process your order and prevent fraud (together with Polar Software Inc.);
• send you marketing emails about Alchemy Protocol, related products, offers, and updates; and
• improve our site and offerings.

As a customer, you may receive promotional emails from us. Every marketing email includes a clear unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time — either through that link or by emailing help@alchemyprotocol.store. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential transactional messages (such as your purchase confirmation or support replies).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, specifically:

• Polar Software Inc. — to process payments, taxes, invoicing, and fraud prevention as Merchant of Record (see their privacy policy at polar.sh/legal/privacy);
• our email and analytics providers — to deliver communications and measure site usage; and
• authorities, where required by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Product, support you, comply with legal and tax obligations, and — unless you opt out — send marketing communications. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Depending on where you live (including residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of marketing or the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data. We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to safeguard the limited data we hold.

We operate internationally and your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and Ecuador. By using our site, you consent to this transfer and processing.

Our Product is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
