By purchasing or using Alchemy Protocol (the “Product”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement.

Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc., which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for this purchase. For billing, invoicing, and tax purposes, your transaction is with Polar Software Inc., and its name may appear on your bank or card statement. We remain responsible for providing the Product and for customer support relating to it.

Alchemy Protocol is a downloadable Google Sheets template and accompanying materials designed to help couples and households organize their money, structure shared budgeting decisions, and reduce friction around finances. Access is delivered digitally and immediately after purchase via an on-screen link and order confirmation. Any bonuses described at the time of purchase are included as stated.

Alchemy Protocol is an educational and organizational tool. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and it does not promise any specific financial outcome. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation. Results depend on how you and your household apply the Product.

Your purchase grants one household a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, republish, or make the Product publicly available, in whole or in part. The Product, its design, copy, and materials remain our intellectual property.

Because the Product is a digital item delivered instantly and in full at the time of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access and you waive any right to cancel based on a change of mind.

To the extent required by applicable law, nothing in this policy limits your rights where the Product is faulty, materially not as described, or not delivered. In addition, as Merchant of Record, Polar Software Inc. may, at its own discretion, issue a refund in accordance with its own policies. If you experience any problem accessing or using the Product, contact us first at help@alchemyprotocol.store and we will work to make it right.

If something is wrong, please email us before disputing a charge — almost every issue can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback for a Product that was delivered and accessible, without first contacting us, is a breach of these Terms. We retain records of your purchase, your acceptance of these Terms, and delivery of the Product, and we will provide this evidence to the payment provider in response to any dispute.

Where local consumer law grants a withdrawal or “cooling-off” right for digital purchases, you agree that delivery of the Product begins immediately upon purchase, with your express consent, and you acknowledge that you lose any such withdrawal right once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by law.

The Product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the Product after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
